Our Sales, Warranty, Returns, and Refunds Policy:
All of our air purifiers, water filtration products, and any other item that we sell are
Brand New and are shipped directly to you from the factory and not us, and therefore, we
can NOT accept any returns, and all returns have to be shipped back to the factory, but not before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by the factory.
The Fresh Air and the Eagle 5000 Air Purifiers carry a three (3) years parts and labor warranty, the XL Classic Living Air Purifier Carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. The Water Filters carry a one (1) year warranty. All products are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS directly from the factory to your designated shipping address. Please note that all sales are final and in case of a defective or a damaged product(s), the factory will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a free shipping label to have the product(s) replaced as long as you provide us with theproof of the damaged item(s).
All pre-approved returned product(s) will be replaced with the same or better product(s) by the factory free of charge, this includes all products with or without warranty. Any returned product without a valid RMA number will be returned back to the customer.
Please note, all orders are subject to your state's applicable sales tax as enforced by the factory (not us) with the exception of the following states that are tax exempt: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
Lastly, we at Metro-Med Services would be happy to provide you with assistance and
work with the factory to arrange for a replacement of any defective, Dead on Arrival (DOA), or damaged product(s) that fails to perform as advertised.
